Having trouble finding the survey we invited you to participate in?

1. If you are having trouble accessing the online-survey we invited you to help us with, please do the following:
   
   If you have the ID and password we sent you in the e-mail or letter, please type or copy the link into the address bar as shown below.
   
   
   
   
2. When the survey form comes up, you will be asked to type in your ID and password, as supplied in the letter or e-mail.
   
   
   
   
3. If this does not work, please send an e-mail with your contact details and the ID number quoted in the e-mail or letter to troubleshooting@researchnz.com.
   
   If you do not have access to e-mail, please call us on 0800-500-168 and quote the ID number in the letter or e-mail we sent you. Then we will send you a new ID and password so that you can complete the on-line survey.
