Survey design and sampling
When it comes to survey design, we adopt a best practice approach. This begins with having a thorough understanding of the research purpose and objectives, developing a question framework or schedule and, once approved, using this as a blueprint for the development of the questionnaire. Following scripting, all questionnaires are piloted. We also offer our clients the option of having the questionnaire cognitively pre-tested.
In terms of sampling, most of our surveys are conducted with samples drawn from our clients’ own databases. However, as required, we can assist with sampling. Regardless of sample design, our aim is to ensure the sample delivers the highest possible accuracy for the least cost.
Scripting
Our dedicated team of scriptors use state-of-the-art software to script our CATI and online surveys, as well as host online surveys on our secure survey platform. Examples of the functionality of the scripting software includes the ability to easily and accurately create CATI and online versions of the same survey questionnaire, and ensure that online surveys are also mobile friendly.
