Voice of the Customer – Tax Agent Survey

Rangahau Aotearoa Research New Zealand conducts the Voice of the Customer – Tax Agent Survey on behalf of Inland Revenue each month.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from tax agents about the services they receive from Inland Revenue to see how well they are meeting their needs and if there are any areas in which they could improve.

We conduct this survey on behalf of Inland Revenue so that tax agents can be open and honest with their feedback.
