In this year’s recent YouTube NZ Marketing Awards, the NewZealand Mountain Safety Council (MSC) won the award in the Excellence in Travel/Leisure& Entertainment category for its recent Plan My Walk campaign.

Plan My Walk (PMW) is a free online tool that allowstrampers and others who venture into the outdoors to plan a safe trip, forspecific tracks and destinations, taking into account the terrain, the knownhazards and the likely weather for the time of year.

Rangahau Aotearoa (Research New Zealand) congratulates MSCon its award. Rangahau Aotearoa initially helped MSC develop PMW and in arecent survey of users confirmed that it was going from strength to strength.
