In this year’s recent YouTube NZ Marketing Awards, the New Zealand Mountain Safety Council (MSC) won the award in the Excellence in Travel/Leisure& Entertainment category for its recent Plan My Walk campaign.

Plan My Walk (PMW) is a free online tool that allows trampers and others who venture into the outdoors to plan a safe trip, for specific tracks and destinations, taking into account the terrain, the known hazards and the likely weather for the time of year.

Rangahau Aotearoa (Research New Zealand) congratulates MSC on its award. Rangahau Aotearoa initially helped MSC develop PMW and in a recent survey of users confirmed that it was going from strength to strength.
